A community at a new scale

Madeira brings residential neighborhoods together with trails, parks, recreation and commercial destinations. The community officially launched in 2025 as part of Brownsville’s northward growth.

Homes, lots and room to build

Residential lots generally range from approximately 8,000 to 16,000 square feet. Madeira also gives buyers a path to select a builder and create a home within the community’s architectural design standards.

Madeira includes more than 13 miles of hike-and-bike trails, community parks, pools, tennis courts and clubhouses, along with restaurants and retail.
